Boasting a Queen size bed, a full kitchen and bathroom, and everything in between, you are bound to have a relaxing getaway... with a little bit of adventure! The spacious deck (with hot tub) overlooks the forest, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The Underwood Tiny House has been created to give each person who walks through its door an experience like none other!

Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

A living room, bedroom with queen bed and bathroom, all set in a quiet and private cottage on our 30 acre property. Relax on the deck and gaze out at the pastures where the horses graze. We have ponds, creeks and woods to enjoy. We are 5 mins from Lake Michigan, 30 mins to Sleeping Bear Dunes, 10 mins to Frankfort and Crystal Lake. Beautiful views wherever you look. It's a perfect place to unwind.

Quiet, private camp site (for your tent) in the woods yet close to parking. A short 200 foot walk up the hill into the woods from your parking spot, this rustic site makes you feel as if you are in the middle of the forest. Water spigot, fire pit with cooking grate and picnic table on your site, and 12v solar power pack to provide lighting and USB charging of your devices. THERE IS NO 110 VOLT POWER AT THIS SITE.
