Seascape Studio- sea view, patio, parking

Seascape Studio, Whitstable is bright and open plan with a stunning seascape view. It has been lovingly designed by us, with attention to detail given to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Guest entry is via a private front door with private parking in front of the studio, the studio is up a set of stairs. We provide a breakfast hamper, toiletries, towels and linens. There is a small courtyard for private use, a sunny spot for a cuppa or glass of wine. The sea is a 10 minute walk away.

The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Set amongst rolling hills and wooded valleys, this striking conversion offers delightful accommodation, a south facing patio and use of a tennis court. Close to the market town of Faversham and the historic city of Canterbury, as well as Leeds Castle and fashionable Whitstable, it is an idyllic holiday spot or stopover on route to the continent, perfect for families or a romantic break.

Twitchers Cottage at Broomfield Barn is a beautifully presented converted in 2020, one bedroom cottage. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

Welcome to our "Rabbit Hole", aptly named as you will discover on your visit to us; just peep out of the windows! Spacious but intimate, we hope that we got your holiday home right. Some of the stuff we thought of, a super king bed, so you can stretch out like starfish. Love music, connect and play your sounds on the Samsung speaker. 65" television to watch a Netflix epic? Open the window in the bedroom, fill the big bath tub and immerse yourself in the night sky with a glass of bubbles

The Cart Stable - A Stunning Countryside Retreat

The Cart Stable is a beautifully presented accommodation for two located in the quiet hamlet of Dargate in Kent at the entrance to the historic Blean Woods. It's ideal for exploring this wonderful part of Kent with beaches and bustling Kentish towns on our doorstep. This flexible accommodation will suit a couple or two friends and is fully self-contained, with an open plan area downstairs, and a large double bedroom and shower room upstairs. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with its big cosy sofa & elegant king size bed. the cabin style is English colonial with a seaside twist. The style continues out into your own large private garden. It's an 8 minute stroll to the beach/ nature reserve and 5 to the station that has direct links to kent coastal towns & London Victoria. The popular town of Whitstable famous for its oysters, music scene & eclectic shops, pubs & restaurants is a short drive or bus ride away.

Charming romantic hideaway close to Canterbury

The Times featured us! Sappington Granary is a secluded, romantic hideaway in pretty Kent countryside. This 200yr-old wooden farm building has been updated, but retains its unusual charm. Delightfully & individually decorated, it is one of a kind. Inside it is snug & romantic. Perfect for little breaks, peacefully isolated but still close to Canterbury and beaches. Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.
