Waikawa is a microclimate very sheltered and peaceful, private outdoor living on the guest patio, BBQ, Sheep on the farm 5 minutes to the safe swimming beach, 4 min to the local marina, Jolly Roger Café bar. 8 min drive to Picton's shops, restaurants and ferry terminal. There are many bush walks. Karaka Point Maori Pa Site is four km .

The Cowshed

Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

Our modern home is a 5minute drive to the city center and 5 minute walk to local amenities. You are Ideally situated to visit Omaka Air museum and local attractions. Continental breakfast is supplied for first 2 mornings.this includes cornflakes toast bread, and condiments, milk, orange juice and fruit. The unit is attached to our house so the two entrances are close to each other.there is an outside security camera we are offering a discount for bookings during the winter months.

An easily accessible property from the main roads with off street parking, we are a 25 minute walk from central Blenheim and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Pollard park gardens and a golf course. The room has an ensuite, smart TV, Wi-Fi, small kitchen suitable for reheating food with tea & coffee, a microwave, a toaster, a small fridge and a BBQ on the deck for your use. Breakfast of toast and cereals are in the room.

You are welcome to walk around the property which include gardens, ponds and wetlands. Find a shady spot for a picnic by the stream.
