Cozy Waterfront Cabin - Welcome to The Rookery

Come and enjoy our cozy waterfront 4 season cabin. It has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. Full size kitchen (stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker & kettle) & bathroom (shower only). 32 inch TV with a Firestick, there is no cable. There is WIFI. Sleeps 4. 1 queen bed on the main level & 2 single beds in the loft (ladder access only) Screened in porch with BBQ ( new in 2024) And a deck in front of the porch with more seating. Heated in the winter with propane.

The Riverbank Bungalow

The Riverbank Bungalow is a 2 bedroom house in Thessalon beside the river. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Secondary guest room has a bunk bed. Living area couch folds out into a double bed. Sleeps up to 5. Parking for vehicle and toys: kayaks, snowmobiles, ATV's. Private laundry, full kitchen. Enjoy 'Thessalon There's No Place Like Home' on Youtube by artist Shannen Vine for a tour. The one acre lot is a nice size, ideal for enjoying nature and looking at the lake. Sloped driveway/lot goes down to Bright Lake, a good fishing spot in Huron Shores, Northern Ontario. The waterfront has been excavated to remove the weeds and create a sandy beach, but there is currently no dock on the property.
