Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Besides being close to Moab, Arches & Canyonlands National Parks, we are a few miles from 4500 year old Indian painting, and the ghost town of Sego. Our Top of the World Vacation Rentals can sleep up to 6 adults. They come with a queen in the primary bedroom, twin bunks in the second bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, & two queen beds in the overhead loft area. The kitchen provides full appliances. RVs and Camping Trailers are not permitted to park at vacation rental parking at any time. Utility trailers hauling toys will require booking a second site due to extremely limited, to no overflow parking. Please call for details

This is an older 1970s modular home. It is comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a family, group or couple exploring the area. The kitchen has updated appliances with a gas stove/oven, fridge w freezer (and ice maker) and a table with seating for four (no dishwasher). As the description eludes to, this is a former grandmother residence.there is NO wifi.
