Charlestown Harbour with many pubs and restaurants is a 20 minute walk along the cliff path or 5 minute drive away. Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. The area is perfect for Paddle boarding, kayaking, open water swimming and snorkeling. Local groups welcome tourists to join in.

Krowji means ‘cottage’ or ‘cabin’ in Cornish and is a timber-framed single-storey build next to our 300 year old cottage. A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

Lou's Hideaway

Walking distance from Par Station, close to Fowey, Eden Project. Par Beach approx 1/2 mile walk. Large double, self-contained studio room annex, double shower, kitchenette, and a sitting room area with a sofa bed to comfortably sleep a 3rd adult or 2 small children. Completely private entrance, parking close by. No pets Kitchenette has a microwave, kettle & toaster. There is no cooker, oven or hot plates. A welcome pint of milk, tea, sugar and coffee are provided.

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.

Beautifully situated with access to the children's playground and dog walking field, Ruby's Cottage is a 2 storey, 3 bedroom luxury family retreat. Situated less than 10 minutes drive from the famous Eden Project and within easy reach of the beautiful harbour towns of Fowey, Charlestown and Mevagissey. Walkers can enjoy the beautiful coastal paths with many pubs and restaurants along the way. Bus routes and Par Railway Station are within a mile.
