TV with Netflix Watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Newly renovated the space is modern, light and airy. Situated directly on the seafront next to the harbour entrance, with incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. In the heart of West Sussex, only a 90 minute train ride from London & 15 mins from near by attractions Brighton, The south downs, Goodwood, Chichester & Arundel.

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

Beech Wood Lodge is a lovely, detached, single-storey Lodge, set against a backdrop of ivy & Beech trees. It’s ideal for couples or small families, also dogs are welcome. All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with a double sofa bed. 1 double bedroom en-suite shower room & toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen & towels included. Plenty of local restaurants and shops and with great fish and chips on your doorstep, you won’t have to venture far for that seaside experience.

Coombe Cottage in Bognor Regis by the sea.

Coombe Cottage was built in the 1920s of brick and half render construction with a tiled roof. It is a comfortable family home which was extended 10 years ago to add on the self-contained annex which is offered with its own entrance at the rear of the property. The annex accommodation is on the first and second floor with stairs leading up to both floors, therefore making it difficult for wheelchair or disabled access.
