Pets to be in crates when not home. 4 people max occupancy. $150 charged if not respected

Plenty of room for parking, only 9 minutes to Boiling Springs, and about 20-30 minutes from Spartanburg and Greenville. Note: 1 Full bath and 2 half baths, typical of older homes. Historical getaway walking distance to the river.

Victorian home built in 1900 that is walking distance to the Pacolet river. There is a park with picnic tables on the river that is a short walk or drive and also Clifton beach is a short distance. There is a deck with a dining table and gas grill and furniture on the deck as well. It is a nice getaway but also only a 15 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg for bars and restaurants. Grocery store and gas stations a 5 minute drive. The small town of Cowpens is about a 10 minute drive.
