Enjoy hiking, birding, & mtn biking during the day, then spend the night at our classic Miner’s Log Cabin heated by a wood stove (firewood supplied). Loft accessible by ladder only. Minimum stay 2 nights. Wifi access, T-Mobile cell tower. Cabin on 5-acre parcel shared with another log home. Will need 4WD to access cabin in winter. No pets.

The home is just outside Boise National Forest in Wildlife Canyon and an hour out of Eagle, Meridian and Boise. Guests will have access to the entire home. The original train depot for the logging town of Horseshoe Bend was moved to this incredible property right on the Payette River. Built in 1908 this historic depot has two separate rooms available for rent on a nightly basis. Located next door to the iconic Riverside Restaurant means there is always good food nearby. Idahoans travel to this destination restaurant right on the river for the scenic view, country feel, and homey atmosphere.
