This studio apartment is located within Villa Stella Mare from whose balcony, restaurant terrace and gardens view of the sea soaks up centuries of peace, away from roads and every other form of city noise. The Villa has a restaurant in which You can choose from breakfast in the morning and daily menu or a'la carte menu. Within the villa there is a modern swimming pool. Family-friendly atmosphere and friendly and competent staff, well represents the specialty of our cuisine and wine offerings.

This apartment is for 3 persons with big terrace in front and view on picturesquely village Pitve.There is a bedroom with big double bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner, flat TV, two sofa beds... You can use a coffee machine in the hallway. Also you can use shared washing machine for free and outside barbecue. In front of the house is parking place in the shade.

With its retro style interior opening out onto a sea front garden and terraces, the villa suits a family or friends up to 5 people. Guests enter into a hallway followed by the mezzanine ground floor. The upper part features the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate guest toilet and a door to the garage. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms with balconies and spaceaous bathroom.

Maison Laurel, stone luxury villa near Split

Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.

Our diving base is on the ground floor of our apartment house. Upstairs, there are five apartments, each with two sleeping rooms, a living room, a cooking space and a bathroom as well as a separate balcony. Our house is right on the seaside, with a private quay, while two steps away there’s a little village beach, perfect for bathing. A large, shady outside terrace and a private bathing quay offer perfect holidays for families with children.
