Luigi's Place - sleeps six in comfort

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free wifi, wide driveway, equipped galley kitchen, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: the toilet is outside (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. No washing machine or dryer. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.

This 2 bedroom cottage located on 250 acres and fully self contained (porta cot also available). Ample parking, no neighbours (the owners live on the property 150 metres to the west). Plenty of room to explore, amazing sunsets, and the only sounds are the birds. A lovely deck to view the open landscape. A perfect location to explore the surrounding countryside.

The Old Dairy Homestead

The large rammed earth home with 4 spacious bedrooms and a total of five beds with the master bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The home is open plan and features a large and modern, farm style fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the family room with its iconic, cast iron pot belly stove to keep you cosy in the colder months and also has reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer months. There is a central games room with a pool table and a TV.

Nestled in the beautiful Avon Valley a 5 minute walk from the town centre is a lovingly restored 1896 Victorian brick cottage. Step back in time to one of the oldest country cottages in Toodyay. The cottage boasts high ceilings, floorboards, a open fireplace and surrounding verandahs. The property is situated on over 2000 sq metres of land. Sit on the back verandah whilst watching the trains go by.
