Bonfim 241 Family House

Typical Porto house, built in 1935 by my great-grandfather for my grandmother, who wanted to personalize it so much that she had her initials – IG – inscribed on the facade. I have wonderful memories of this house, and this project gave me the opportunity to bring it back to life. The renovation was a meticulous process where we tried to preserve as much of the original features as possible, keeping the memories alive while adding all the comforts of modern times. Bonfim Charming Terrace is located in the famous street of Porto, the Bonfim Street, considered one of the ten coolest neighborhoods in Europe. The apartment was totally renovated and designed to welcome guests, it is fully equipped for your well-being and to make your stay an unforgettable one. The location is perfect to see the city by foot, once the most touristic points are at a walking distance. Metro station Campo 24 de Agosto is just 150 meters away from the house.

It is a recently renovated one-bedroom duplex apartment with a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Rua do Bonfim. There is a double bed with a high quality mattress. There are blackouts installed to darken the room for better sleep and protection from the hot sun. The apartment has an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area and a bedroom and exit to the terrace on the upper floor. This would be a nice and comfortable place for short and long term stays.
