The dining area does NOT have a STOVE. 3rd floor meditation room with skylights and sitting area with LCD. ALL APARTMENT AREA IS PRIVATE. Home backs up to woods and back garden. NO CLEANING FEES.

Rockwood Museum & Brandywine Valley attractions all a short drive. This is the second floor with steeper narrower steps. A private entrance. Nestled among trees in whimsical Ardentown, you’re 2 min to I-95 and 10 min to Downtown Wilmington. Enjoy a private fenced backyard, firepit, and easy walks to the woods, creek, and nature trails.
