This open space upstairs studio is all yours, no sharing with others. About 45 mins to Yosemite National Park entrance (1 hr to valley floor). Below, park or play in a 1-car garage (heat & A/C) with ping-pong table and other games. Electric BBQ on the deck. Includes waffle maker, mix & syrup, popcorn maker & popcorn. 10-min drive to Mariposa.

Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
