PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

The property is in close proximity to Warner Brothers Studios ( Harry Potter tour). It is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 guests and a baby. It is an ideal location for visitors to the Harry Potter studios in Leavesden (approx 8 minutes by car). It can accommodate two people in a Superking bed making it ideal for couples, (not suitable for toddlers or very young children).
