Our guest House is a 1940's farmhouse that has been beautifully restored and modernized. This 3-bedroom 1 bath retreat preserves its original character while offering the amenities today's travelers appreciate. Nestled on a 60-acre horse farm, the property offers a peaceful escape surrounded by pastures, woods, a pond, and the quiet beauty of the countryside. Located 10 minutes to downtown Forest City, 25 minutes to Tryon International Equestrian Center, one hour from Asheville and Charlotte.

The Cottage at Gilbert Landing

This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

Lovely 7 1/2 acre property with pond, fire pit and hiking trails. Three BR and 1 1/2 bath in 1100 ft.² Will sleep 6 people. A second Airbnb on the property is available and also sleeps 4-6. This two-story home is in Forest City NC and is situated in the foothills of the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. The town is interconnected by three US highways, 74, 221, 64, and one state highway 108. Forest City is only 15 minutes away from the Tryon International Equestrian Center and soon to be Tryon AVA wine region.
