Just 4 minute drive to the market town of Bishops Waltham or you can join and follow the infamous Pilgrims Trail and walk there in just 30 minutes.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. Metered. Pay for what you use as per our service provider costs. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

In the village of Bursledon, home of ‘Howards Way’ & Hamble Marinas Located in a private courtyard just off the A27 with easy access to the M27 & Bursledon Railway station. 30 minutes from the New Forest, 20 minutes from Southampton & Portsmouth city centres A separate, self-contained, ground level annexe with private entrance. Private garden & terrace; ample off road parking adjacent to the accommodation. Spacious Lounge & bedroom area, with en-suite shower room & separate kitchen.

Exceptional room and study area.

This is the majority of a furnished annexe (no kitchen) located in Burridge , which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.

The Hangar - countryside views, seclusion & peace.

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

Pogle's Riverside Cabin

A hidden gem in the Hampshire Countryside tucked away in a tranquil setting alonside the River Meon, Poggle's Riverside Cabin offers the perfect escape for those seeking peace and relaxation. So whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a gathering with friends, Pogle's Riverside Cabin promises a memorable experience for all.

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. You will be welcomed with a complimentary welcome basket that contains continental breakfast supplies.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
