A view of the mountains can be seen from the front porch and the upstairs deck. Upstairs has one bedroom, bathroom, and loft area with 2 twin XL beds. The 2nd bedroom is actually a loft (no door), there is no option on this platform for a loft space with beds. Backyard has a patio, waterfall, and pergola.

Large south-facing windows provide views to the Rockies, and we’re a 15 minute bike ride to Pearl Street and CU. Whole Foods and the shops at 29th street are just blocks away.
