Private fenced-in yard and deck. Main BR has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed in an open loft accessed by ladder. Large south-facing windows provide views to the Rockies, and we’re a 15 minute bike ride to Pearl Street and CU. Whole Foods and the shops at 29th street are just blocks away.
