This building originally housed a hotel, built in 1918, and has been painstakingly remodeled to house modern apartments. 301 has all the essentials (and extras) you’d expect in an Airbnb. Guests can enjoy bird’s eye views of uptown Butte, Montana Tech, surrounding mountains, and historical sites.
