The secluded sandy beach is a 5 minute walk, where you can stroll with the dog, look for sea-life among the rocks, swim in the sea (if feeling brave). If you like walking the northumberland coastal path is on the doorstep, visit the many historic castles and villages nearby, or Keen golfers can play on one of the oldest courses in England.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Located next to the popular ‘Fishing Boat Inn’. The ideal location for active family holidays, stunning seaside walks to Northumbria’s coastal castles, or its traditional pubs serving local sea food, or both.

Wildhope View, Bilton, nr Alnmouth

Wildhope View: A detached, characterful, stone cottage - especially for two. Located in the historic hamlet of Bilton, a stone’s throw away from the vibrant village of Alnmouth. A wonderful spot from which to explore the rugged Northumbrian coastline, idyllic countryside and magnificent, enchanted castles. Wildhope View is a cosy, romantic retreat with spectacular views of the rolling hills of the Aln valley and the, “18 arches” viaduct built in 1849 by Robert Stephenson.

Lovely 2 bedroom cottage in Lesbury

2 The Square is a lovely two bedroom period cottage in a row of cottages set back form the main road in the quiet village of Lesbury, Northumberland. Access is via a gravel track from the main road and you have your own parking space outside the front door. Lesbury is located close to historic Alnwick, and Alnmouth Beach is an easy 30min walk away, or 5 mins in the car. Alnmouth has numerous places to eat and drink and the pub in Lesbury is open for drinks only at the moment.

The Hogglet - a perfect coastal getaway

The Hogglet provides a cosy, comfortable retreat for two people. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with an en-suite and a homely living space. Off street parking, guest patio and garden. Two small dogs or one medium dog (labrador size) welcome. We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

The Snug is a perfect retreat for couples, offering a tranquil and relaxing environment with private stepped access and panoramic views of the coast and countryside and is part of Oxo Cottage, a hidden gem named after an Oxo TV commercial filmed at the property in the 1950s.
