Mudeford garden studio with bathroom and kitchen , own garden area. A new Kingsize bed and high standard of decoration. Ideally placed for access to Avon Beach and the harbour in Mudeford, or to Mudeford Spit beach and Hengistbury Head. Also across Stanpit Marsh SSSI and Nature reserve (2 minutes) or into the historic Priory town of Christchurch: 5 minutes by car or 15 minute walk. Located on the same road as the train station, free parking for one car on the drive, central to Christchurch. 10 minute walk into the centre of Christchurch or a 10 minute walk to Wick along the river. The house is opposite a Londis and a very good fish & chip shop. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive, there are so many beautiful beaches to choose from in the area.

It is designed like a hotel room, with no cooking facilities but with the addition of a hot tub 😇 Sandbanks beach - 10 min drive Durdle Door - 30 min drive Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets - sorry!
