This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. A large hot tub with a beautiful view is available for an additional charge. Substantial breakfast pack provided. With a village pub close by what’s not to love?

One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or superking size; please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Bed settee for 3rd guest). Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Mulberry is an amazing and unique space set in a large secluded area within the garden of our thatched cottage in Dunchurch, Warwickshire. Mulberry is more than a yurt. Mulberry is 5* glamping. It’s a luxurious roundhouse that sleeps up to 6 in a large open space with an adjacent fully fitted kitchen / diner with separate toilet and shower room. There’s a TV in the tree house next to the covered stage and a gas BBQ under the shade of the walnut trees. Ample space to play or just relax.

Braunston Manor Cottage: 4-poster beds & ensuites

Braunston Manor Cottage is a modernised detached 17th century cottage that is situated next to Braunston Manor in the historic village of Braunston. The village of Braunston is famous for being at the junction of the Grand Union and Oxford canals and it has a marina, canal pubs, local convenience store, a fish & chip shop, cafe, along with many picturesque local walks. It provides a convenient base for visiting Stratford, Warwick, Silverstone and the Midlands in general.

Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The cottage has a private walled garden and outdoor eating area. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).

Lime Studio is a beautifully arranged, self-contained studio overlooking a formal garden beside the farmhouse, offering a calm and picturesque setting. The studio is thoughtfully designed as an open-plan living space, with a defined sleeping area for a sense of separation and comfort. The main area combines a kitchen, dining, and lounge space. A separate bathroom sits off the studio adding convenience while maintaining the open, spacious feel of the living area.
