The Honey Barn

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set in the beautiful Kent countryside off of a country lane overlooking fields with stunning views towards the village of Mersham. Relax and enjoy countryside walks, where you can spot the local farm animals, sheep and lambs in the spring, and the gentle trot of horses along the lane from the nearby stables. Although the honey barn is set in the countryside, you are never far away from local stores and the local pub is a 10-15 minute walk.

The South Stable is a unique, recently redecorated stable with a little bit of Morden rustic country living thrown in. A beautiful renovation with wool carpets, handmade kitchen and top-end appliances, its scrumptious dark green bathroom with walk-in shower, roll-top bath and plaster walls. We've furnished the with many modern touches, large original art, pottery, uncovered original beams, oak storage, and a complete underfloor heating system. We look forward to welcoming you. Straw Cottage sleeps 6 Elmfield Farm, Canterbury

Always a warm welcome on our small farm high on the beautiful Kent Downs! South of Canterbury Straw Cottage is a perfect base to explore many attractions. We built Straw Cottage in 2014 from local straw bales. We hope you find the cottage a comfortable place to enjoy a lazy breakfast on the decking or relax with a glass of wine in the cosy house after a days sightseeing. You are most welcome to explore the farm and meet our friendly donkeys, alpacas, sheep, pigs, chickens and other animals.

The Piggery - beautiful Kent cottage

A lovely rural annex in the beautiful village of East Brabourne, situated on the Pilgrim's Way at the foot of the North Downs. Newly decorated and furnished in 2025 with a fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the wonderful Five Bells Pub if you don’t feel like cooking. We moved to the area in 2024 and our family home and vineyard is next door, so we can be available if you need, otherwise the annex is entirely self contained with its own parking area. Please ask about bringing pets.

Listed watermill, mentioned in Domesday book, converted into a Georgian house in 1776, set in 8 acres, 100m from train station (Canterbury and London ). Wye has restaurants, pubs and shops in the village. Accommodation is in the old Mill, with 5 bedrooms (2 ensuite), (sometimes an extra bedroom and bathroom), a fully fitted new kitchen, a grand dining-sitting room over the river. Private terrace overlooking river, and 3-acre island , rowboat, wild water swimming. We welcome up to 2 dogs.

Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

Cosy, pet-friendly annex on our secluded free-hold in the beautiful countryside of Kent, located just 10 minutes from the Channel Tunnel and 20 minutes from Dover Ferry Port. Wake up to the sound of Bertie the rooster announcing a new day! Relax in the garden watching Dudley the donkey or enjoy a brisk country walk along the many public footpaths in our area - perfect for dog walkers. If you fancy a day trip, you can be in London within an hour or Canterbury in 20 minutes.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.
