Charming property in the idyllic village of Dračevica in the heart of Brač. Centrally located, you can reach picturesque beaches, quiet bays and towns within minutes – while still enjoying peace and tranquility. From Split, regular ferries run almost every hour to Brač (approx. 50 min) – a short journey into another world. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.
