The Apartment is quiet and cosy and sits within a Victorian Town house. Douglas beach is a ten minute walk away as is the town centre with its shops, trendy cafes, bars & restaurants. Recently completely refurbished Apartment two, Amadeus Apartments is finished to the highest standard offering maximum comfort during your stay.

Orchard Cottage at Ballawyllin Farm

Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

Within easy walking distance is the sandy beach at the Promenade, the pretty harbour, the village's Isle of Man Steam Railway station and local shops, restaurants and cafes. The rest of the island is easy to discover from here too, as a bus stop is located just around the corner!

There is a bus (and horse tram) stop directly outside the front door and the centre of town a 10 minute walk away. Fully equipped with wi-fi and usual appliances. Free allocated parking for ONE vehicle (car or small van only) is available directly outside the property.

In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
