Welcome to our cozy cottage retreat in the perfect location of Newark! Nestled against the backdrop of a picturesque horse farm, our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. Come and relax on the furnished deck and you just may see a few horses. The cottage is Pet Friendly and has a fenced in yard to accommodate our furry guests. 5 minutes to Deerfield Country Club, Less then 10 Minutes to downtown Newark, and just a few minutes to White Clay Creek Park.

The J. Pyle House, built in 1844, is in the National Historic District of Kennett Square, PA. We are in the heart of walkable downtown Kennett Square and a quick 6 minute drive to Longwood Gardens. It will feel like your own small private townhouse with its private entrance and front deck. You can also easily walk to restaurants located downtown. You will be able to prepare meals in the kitchen and enjoy them in the adjacent dining room. The larger bedroom has a desk for the student/ working traveler.

Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way".
