The coastal path takes you to the public lift in Shanklin where you can find cafes, ice cream shops, crazy golf and amusement arcades. You don't have far to drive for family day trips such as Robin Hill Country Park.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT NEAR THE NEW FORREST NATIONAL PARK! This cozy cottage was the former Stables and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House dating back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has adjacent private parking. This cottage is next door my other listing Quaint Coach House Cottage which maybe available if this is not. We have a minimum 3 night booking but can be flexible on request. A cot bed is also available on request. We are situated in an area of outstanding beauty, alongside a bridle path with no passing traffic. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the downstairs of the stable. Our garden is large, child-friendly and surrounded by fields.
