French doors lead out from the bedroom onto an outdoor dining, bbq area and garden.

The cottage is stone built and has a lovely garden and orchard. A place to be still and enjoy the birdsong. It is a spacious, warm and welcoming cottage. Step away from the busy world for some peace and relaxation in this original cottage. It’s suitable for family holidays and friends get-togethers but not loud parties as it’s in a family community.

THIS property is in a residential area in the suburbs of Dublin called Shankill . Very bright accommodation in a large house ,close to the sea and dart with a conservatory at the back of the house and in the front of the house a patio area to dine in. Surrounded by lots of trees. Very close the to sea for long walks and to the dart for getting into Dublin city, close to buses also. There is a Large Lidl shop coffee shop, and pharmacy within walking distance. Children over 10 yrs only.

Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.
