The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

In the morning, stroll to our private dock and catch a brilliant sunrise as dolphins swim by in search of their morning meal. Half duplex, and fully equipped with kitchen and cooking basics. Both halves can be rented together upon request.
