Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

It 'absolutely perfect for a romantic couple as it is ideal for a family with children.
