Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
