The apartment occupies the ground level of our home, with its own entrance and car park. Includes Queen Bed, foldaway 2 single beds and/or portacot, comfy couch, tv, aircon, wardrobe, kitchenette (toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave, tableware), dining table, separate bathroom, gym, pool, hot tub, BBQ, and courtyard area with outdoor setting.

Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

The townhouse is fully furnished and is perfect for a quiet comfortable stay. There is a reverse cycle heating/cooling plus a secure yard to sit and relax. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms which have a QS bed in each. Bathroom includes shower & lovely deep bath. Separate toilet. 2 Parking spaces out the front of the townhouse. NO Pets NO Smoking NO Parties

Welcome to our Sunshine Apartment in Austins Ferry. Occupying the top floor by the owners, this outstanding property is now available to those seeking unique accommodation whilst in Hobart. Positioned only 20 minutes away from the CBD and decked out to comfortably accommodate four guests. The entrance is through the bottom door, followed by hallway to the rooms. Guest will have their own car park in front of their personal entrance as well as street parking.

The cottage is just under 100 square meters with a mezzanine master bedroom and open plan living. It is set among the vines of Charles Reuben Estate in a quiet and secluded area with full kitchen, wood heater and spa. Charles Reuben Estate is also a vineyard, distillery and lavender farm. Our boutique farm products are readily available for purchase - wine, specialty spirits and various lavender items. Tours and visits can be arranged.
