Our waterfront is Poorhouse Cove, an estuary off of the Gulf of Maine, Atlantic Ocean.

Close to great shops, restaurants, and beaches, and just a 20-minute drive from Bowdoin College. Adjacent to a boat launch, and a short walk from the Bath Marine Museum and a scenic dog park.

Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). We accept either one dog or one cat.

Seaside House/Upstairs

Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer with this as your home base. The views are outstanding and the house is well appointed and well maintained. This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

Our place is close to great views, historic Rutherford Island, 20 minutes from Damariscotta shopping, dining, and small town charm, the beach, the best antiquing, and quintessential Maine in the summer. You’ll love it because of the view, the charm of an original 200 year old home, the friendly neighbors, the great local food and flavor, the peace and stillness, and “the gut" fishing inlet.

Quiet location, only 0.25 miles to beautiful Pemaquid Beach, close to great restaurants, nice wooded back yard, relax by firepit or head out on the deck with a good book. For those that enjoy hiking nearby seaside trails. Or rent a kayak and explore the Pemaquid River. Or catch the boat to Monhegan Island from New Harbor. Lots to do at this popular summer resort area.
