There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

The Old Reading Room West Stafford

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. We have now lovingly restored, decorated and furnished this amazing building into a cosy self catering holiday retreat, "far from the madding crowd" Open plan, comfy double sofabed, wood burner, country walks and fabulous village pub.

Jasmine Cottage is a characterful, compact barn conversion, that sits next to the 400 year old farm house. It sleeps up to four people (including infants), with a double and a twin room. We are one mile away from The Wise Man Inn - an award-winning pub; 6 miles from Dorset's stunning Jurassic coast and 3 miles from the county town of Dorchester. You will, however, need a car- or bikes! Sorry, no pets and no smoking. No EV charging, yet, but there are many fast charging points nearby.

Newly built 2 bedroom cottage with hot tub and sauna located in Easton on Portland in Dorset. This unique home is built in Portland stone and has a ground floor outdoor space with patio and outdoor oven area as well as having an upstairs outdoor mezzanine area with bi-folding doors. The main living space that includes a 90” television. All equipped with sky Q including sports. Both bedrooms have super king beds and are en-suite with showers and jacuzzi baths.

The Stable Barn is a comfortable, centrally heated cottage with split level interior and sculptured mezzanine. It provides extremely spacious open-plan accommodation for two. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, Butler's Rest is a stylishly renovated, quirky 19th Century cottage. Perfect for a romantic escape. In an unspoiled part of the New Forest, deer roam through the gardens, a short walk from three wonderful pubs and the open forest itself. It's a great setting from which to explore, although with a well equipped kitchen and cosy woodburner, you may not venture anywhere!

Carlton Guest Suites - Weymouth

This self contained guest suite located in Weymouth has its own entrance. One room with a small kitchenette and a separate bathroom. Though totally separate, it is attached to our house and there is a lock box at your front door for you to collect and return your key. It has it's own allocated parking spot on our drive at the front of the house. We are minutes away from the beach and are close to town and amenities!
