Sandy’s first and only Tiny House! Located just one mile from Hwy 26, this unique tiny home sits on 23 acres, offering a peaceful, private setting with easy access to Mt. Hood adventures. The tiny house has its own space and stunning Mt. Hood views, with our main home visible but not impacting your privacy. Designed around a custom moving window wall system, it opens fully to the outdoors, bringing the mountain right into your stay for unforgettable sunrises, sunsets, and true Mt. Hood magic.

Serene Country Studio

We offer a quiet, private and comfortable 600 sqft studio suite upstairs in a separate structure away from the main house. The room includes a comfortable, king-size bed with Tempur-pedic™ mattress, white cotton sheets and Pendleton™ blankets. A kitchenette with micro-wave, air-fry oven, and dinette are also provided. The studio includes dormers that overlook the family garden, goat barn, and pond. The east windows overlook our back yard, a lily pond and secluded spots to relax and enjoy.

This studio apartment is the perfect get-away retreat for the outdoor enthusiast: 20 minutes to Silver Falls State Park, 2 miles from the quaint downtown Silverton, and well within driving distance of all the Willamette Valley has to offer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private outdoor deck surrounded by beautiful trees and abundant wildlife. Our home is a safe space for all people. Enjoy a well appointed private guest suite on an operating Thoroughbred horse ranch bordering on the Cascade foothills close to both Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Gardens. The tranquil setting affords plenty of opportunity to savor the views from your private deck. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.
