The children's bunkbeds are in an open alcove at the top of the stair way.

It has been recently remodeled, the first floor accommodations has a spacious updated kitchen, roomy living room, bedroom with queen bed and a spacious full bath. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
