My place is 5min walk to cafes, local shops/restaurant. 15min to beaches, cliff-top walks, parks, bus stop. You’ll love the outdoors space, location & character. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business. The cottage has a large bedroom/sitting area, ensuite/shower, small covered deck, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, tea/coffee) and private garden. It is connected to my home but has own entrance, parking and garden. Caution: Carpark entrance VERY steep. 7 steps

Situated behind the main home with its own private entrance off the garden is a wonderful and private one-bedroom studio fitted with modern quality furnishings throughout, including a kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle. The room has under-floor insulation and air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Free unlimited broadband is also provided. The room can comfortably accommodate two adults and spare (portable) beds can be supplied for an infant (up to 3 years) and a child.

This sunny studio is fabulously located being only 3 minutes walk away from the beach which has access to all the coastal walkways.

Our comfortable private downstairs one bedroom apartment with outside deck and garden has a true coastal feeling! It comfortably fits two but can accommodate 4 and is centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood and a cul-de -sac with plenty of off street parking. Just 15 minute walk to the Browns Bay beach and town centre where you can enjoy the Cafes, shops and restaurants. We also 5 minute stroll to Sherwood park where the kids can play and enjoy a ice-cream while feeding the ducks.

Small Studio Apartment (approx 40 sqmtrs)

1km from the beach/restaurants/ pharmacy/supermarket in Mairangi Bay (10 mins walk/2-3 mins drive).The guest area is below the main house & has its own entrance. The studio with HRV ventilation, heatpump and double glazing is ideal for solo travellers, couples with or without one small child. Please note that our downstairs studio has a low ceiling (1.98m high). Breakfast: Tea/Coffee (Nespresso Machine)/Cereal and milk included. Bed configuration: 1 double bed 1 king single bed

Bus stops across the road for public transport but it is advisable to have a car. Street parking only, usually just outside the house. Albany mall 5km, Torbay shops 800m, Browns Bay shops 2km & Auckland CBD 22km away. Private, peaceful, cosy getaway. A true summer playground.

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Plus we provide you with cereal, milk, bread and spreads to help you get started in the morning.
