I do have an additional house in Middle Ridge that sleeps 12, it may work better for you or for large groups you could book both houses. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 mins to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

The listing writes 9 beds but only 6 can sleep alone, 9 can stay. Entire house means I do not stay in your half as the place is like flats and or a duplex. Suburbia is right behind, awesome rural hectares view from front yard. The right side of shed and front yard is yours, cat is there 2. Smokers ok Fire pit can be used only 1st bag of wood free
