Trails across from the cottage with toboggan hill, dog park, Community Centre, all just through the forest!

A beautiful Fibreglass salt water in ground pool, all new last year featuring a beautiful waterfall large pool house. Basket ball shooting area, trampoline. Or hit up the beach as it is a 5 min walk. No pets No children under the age of 5! Note there is a two bedroom, granny, suite that is attached to the home. No access to the main house. No access to the backyard. However, you might see us in the granny sweet out front of the house once in a while.

This all-season cottage is the perfect family getaway with a hot tub, all new furniture, foosball, ping-pong, and NBA Jam. There are egg chairs inside for readers, plenty of board games, and a 75 in TV to watch shows! The house is a 4-minute ride to the beach (exactly 2 kms) or 5 minutes to the "main strip". It is surrounded by bike trails/quad/snowmobile trails, and has a very large backyard perfect for playing badminton and roasting marshmallows.
