The Little Barn is set in one and a half acres of paddock in beautiful countryside near National Trust jewel-Waddesdon Manor. A stylish two bedroom barn - perfect for a tranquil getaway. Near the historic village of Quainton, with its pub on the green, village shop and windmill, there are many rural walks or enjoy our paddock with small orchard and bee hives. The Little Barn is ideal for 2 couples or a family. As well as 2 bedrooms , there is a sofabed in the living room and single trestle bed.

Set in the rolling hills of the Chilterns 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' & close to the stunning Ashridge Estate. 10 min drive to Berkhamsted. Explore beautiful walks on the doorstep or take a 2 min stroll up to the Amaravati Buddhist monastery for meditation. The Harry Potter Studio Tour is 20 min drive away or settle in at the award winning Alford Arms pub in the nearby village.

The self-contained studio is on two floors, which is bright, airy and furnished well with a private entrance. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The pool will close at the end of September 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY & SEPTEMBER
