I can only do 30 day + stays. This listing is for 1 bedroom on the bottom floor of my house. There are 3 bedrooms on the bottom floor of the split level house. 1 is really used as an office, and the 2 other bedrooms are for guests. Right now I have a very nice lady staying in the one room that is a waitress & is staying for 6 months. The other bedroom is open & has a nice full size bed, flat screen TV, dresser and side table. + Laundry room, large bathroom & living room.

This is a modest bedroom, a double bed, is short walk to the park, excellent food across street and in village, Canal paths in historic and beautiful Washington Crossing. On an 11-acre estate with outdoor grills and fire pits and beautiful hiking trails and scenery. Excellent land for hunting and fishing. The exterior of main building where this room is located is being worked on but no work noise or dirt enters the interior. Rustic. WIFI here.
