Home on the banks of the Mississippi River. This home does NOT have dock access to the river. There is a boat launch about a 1/2 mile South. The Army corp of Engineers owns our bank so we are unable to clear any trees. A big family room with wood burning fireplace that opens up to a 3 season porch. Wabasha offers Ice fishing, downhill skiing, thrift shops & boutique, Slippery’s Home of Grumpy Old Men and the eagle center. State land nearby for hiking. Drive your ATV on county roads legally.

This tiny house tells a story about the Boats and Bluegrass music festival and one of the campground picking circles hosted by the Potluck String Band.
