Home on the banks of the Mississippi River. This home does NOT have dock access to the river. There is a boat launch about a 1/2 mile South. The Army corp of Engineers owns our bank so we are unable to clear any trees. A big family room with wood burning fireplace that opens up to a 3 season porch. Wabasha offers Ice fishing, downhill skiing, thrift shops & boutique, Slippery’s Home of Grumpy Old Men and the eagle center. State land nearby for hiking. Drive your ATV on county roads legally.

The cottage is situated on a beautifully manicured yard that is extremely spacious. Enjoy exploring the creek beds for unique gems and stones. The home is cozy and quaint but still spacious. Large living room. All the beds are located in one central area in the loft, along with a toy room and a built in gate at the top of the loft stairs.
