Enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, golfing, local wildlife, and much more! This river home sleeps 8 comfortably. There is 1 full bath, & 1/2 in loft & an outdoor shower. Safe outdoor camping area underneath the larg deck overlooking the river and golf course. You will make wonderful memories here so book your destination with us!

Black Betty on the Buffalo

Black Betty is located right beside the river at the halfway point on the kayaking route from the Buffalo River Resort. Cottage on the Lake

Surrounded by nature you will be able to relax and unwind in our cabin on the waters edge of your own private lake. Bring your fishing gear to go fishing, or enjoy sipping your morning coffee while taking in the views. Less than an hour to Nashville, 10 minutes to downtown Dickson & minutes from Charlotte with a few restaurants and grocery store options. If you are traveling with a larger group, ask about "Cabin in the Woods" (which sleeps 6). Both these cabins are on a 25 acre piece of land.

This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

Our one bedroom house is just off the Tennessee River at Cypress Creek it’s 3 miles from Mouse Tail Landing State Park. We are 7 miles from Parsons Tn were you can find restaurants groceries etc. There’s a fresh Tennessee River catfish restaurant just across the bridge 5 minutes away. We are in a great location with several things to do from boating fishing hiking kayaking . Also the Buffalo River is close by. Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is a short 50 minutes away where they have several events .
