Great location! 8 minutes to Tennessee river/boat launch. 5 minutes to golf course, 15 mins to Shiloh National park, and 25 minutes to Pickwick landing state park. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. This private space is above the garage and features 650 sq ft of livable space, an office area with wifi, as well as a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and a TV with plenty of cable channels (plus a fire stick for streaming).
