The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The Caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a 2 single beds . There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink bath plus walk in shower as en suite to main bedroom . Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. -  Pets are allowed at the property up 2 dogs. Park passes are extra to use the site facilities (Off Peak 7 days 21.00pp less than 7 days 18.90pp) ( Peak 7days 29.95pp less then 7 days 26.96pp!! We do not allow same sex groups or party groups !!! We will remove you from the property if found braking these rules. Season dates for park facility are March - October. Bookings made after this are for lodge only.

Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!
