Basement is being remodeled currently. Expect a 4 bed/3 bath house in the next couple of months.

Mtns State Park (est drive time/mins: 10 Morganton, 20 Marion, 30 Hickory, Rutherfordton & Shelby, 40 Black Mtn). Exterior staining underway as weather/timing permit.

Enjoy your relaxing studio cottage on the Linville River. You will enjoy a queen size bed, free WiFi, Smart TV (w/ premium cable), fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The main bed is a queen but there is a queen pull out couch to accommodate additional guests. You can comfortably and easily accommodated 4 guests.
