We have over a half mile of hatchery supported trout streams to fish (with a stocking point on the property), swimming holes, and private trails located directly on the property. Or with just a 2 minute drive up the road you can be in the South Mountains state park to take some local hikes to some awesome places like the watershed lake. Secluded cabin tucked back in a hollow of WNC. Small creek trickles down the middle of the property. Access the Over Mountain Victory Trail from the property. Walk the trail to Fonta Flora Brewing (1.3 Miles). A short drive to the Fonta Flora Trail and the Linville Gorge via 105. A great place to come hike and bike! Close to Morganton, Marion, Old Fort, Black Mountain, Asheville and Boone. Unfortunately, our property does not have adequate space for you to bring your own boat.
