Netflix, wifi, parking with EV charging. Sorry no pets, no smoking anywhere on the premises, no additional visitors or guests.

It is entirely self-contained (double bed, kitchen area and shower/toilet, all connected to the mains supply) with its own entrance from the country lane, its own garden and surrounded by beautiful Herefordshire countryside and wildlife. It is ideally placed for walking and cycling, exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing with a book.

The flat is approached by an external stone staircase and is fully self contained. The Annexe prioritises your security with secure doors, windows, and comprehensive CCTV surveillance covering the residence, gardens, and parking areas. Hereford City Centre is within easy walking distance as are the Lugg Meadows with lovely country walks.

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
