PET FRIENDLY!!! "RAZOR RIDGE RETREAT" / "A LITTLE SLICE OF AUSTRIA" is the first of its kind in the Razorback area. It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Lovely views across to Mt Gibraltar, attracting 5* feedback from 95% of guests. Sunny aspect. Quiet, semi-rural neighbourhood. Small patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Free car parking adjacent to private ramped entrance. Key-safe access. By negotiation a small, mature, well-behaved dog accepted in living area, (not in bedrooms, please) and under control in garden area. My place is unsuitable for long term rental so I am not depriving anyone of an affordable housing opportunity.

The Grange

The Grange is a modern, well equipped townhouse close to restaurants and is conveniently located in Bowral in the beautiful Southern Highlands. The Grange is ideal for couples, families or small groups with a gas log fire in winter, and a sun filled enclosed garden with a pear tree for a coffee or cocktail. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. All linen is Sheridan and is professionally laundered after each guest..highly rated for cleanliness!!! We’re sure you’ll enjoy your stay.

'The Bower' is located in lush gardens in the historic village of Mt Kembla. This stylish bungalow is the perfect relaxing retreat or home base to explore the Illawarra and South Coast. Walk to the Historic Mount Kembla Hotel for dinner and a drink or explore the many bush walks located in and around the area. Wake up amongst the trees and end your evenings relaxing on the large deck or around the fire pit. Only fifteen minutes away from Wollongong CBD or beautiful beaches of the area.

Snuggle up on the couch, stream a movie you never got to see or work on the super fast internet. Take a walk along the country lanes and enjoy the fresh air.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Coppin Cottage Highland Retreat

Our 1950's cottage recently renovated ,coal gas fire lounge, new carpet lounge + bedrooms,New Kitchen + 2 new bathrooms + underfloor heating, Gas heating dinning area,sitting for 8 people, electric heaters bedrooms and bathrooms. Full Kitchen, comfy lounge room,videos, TV, netflix available. BBQ on back deck, large garden, pet friendly on non carpet areas, bird life, private, peaceful, relaxing, cosy home away from home. Also outside fireplace for evening drinks and nibbles.

A pet friendly, comfortable and well-appointed, self-contained apartment for rent amongst the gum trees. Only a short walk to Mittagong train station, Sturt Gallery, shops, restaurants and galleries. Newly renovated, the apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioner, a private entrance, designated parking area and a private outdoor outlook. Wi-fi and Netflix all included. Comfortable, private, quiet get-a-away so stay a week or more. No cleaning fee.

The Little House - Pet friendly*/Mid-week special!

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!

'Rosevilla' at Berrima.

Built in 1883, this gorgeous historic cottage is right in the heart of Berrima village, within easy walking distance of exceptional restaurants and cafes, quaint local shops, historic buildings, the beautiful river and Australia's oldest continually licensed inn. Bendooley Estate is only a 5-minute drive away, making the cottage an ideal choice for wedding guests. Numerous wineries and Berkelouw Book Barn are all close by.

Sauna Haus with Scandinavian design

The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. Please include in your booking that you are bring a furry friend. See further notes below.
